Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Snatex Wholesale website and the supply of goods to approved trade customers in the United Kingdom.
By placing an order with Snatex Limited you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.
Trade Account Terms
Snatex Wholesale is open to verified UK trade and business customers, including retailers, market traders, online sellers and other resellers.
Trade accounts are subject to approval. Snatex may request business documentation including VAT details, company registration and trading references before approving an account.
Account holders are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place on their account.
Orders and Pricing
All product prices on the Snatex platform are wholesale trade prices, displayed exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Snatex reserves the right to update pricing, stock availability and product specifications at any time without prior notice.
Orders are only confirmed once an order confirmation has been issued by Snatex. Stock availability is not guaranteed until that point.
Payments
Payment terms are agreed at account level and confirmed at the point of order. Snatex accepts standard UK business payment methods including bank transfer and card payment where enabled.
Goods remain the property of Snatex Limited until full payment has been received and cleared.
Delivery
Snatex delivers across mainland UK from its West Midlands warehouse. Free UK delivery is available on orders over £500 ex VAT to mainland addresses, subject to availability.
Delivery dates and times are estimates only. Snatex is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside its reasonable control.
Returns
Returns must be agreed in advance with Snatex. Damaged or incorrect goods should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs where applicable.
Standard returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Faulty or damaged items are exempt from restocking fees once verified.
Limitation of Liability
Snatex Limited's total liability arising from any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied under that order.
Snatex shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss including loss of profits, business or goodwill.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by UK law.
